Graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science specializing in Kinesiology. During my time in school I had the opportunity to do an internship in Strength and Conditioning where I learned to work with athletes and coach them through their various workouts and exercises. Along with this I also completed an internship in Athletic Therapy to learn more about rehabilitation in sport. After graduation I pursued my interest in learning the trades where I worked in masonry only to later become an apprentice in plumbing with the Local 71 in Ottawa.
