My last four years have been spent iterating the in-house CRM that I had completed the proof of concept on as an intermediate developer. This involved as much championing the use of CRMs as it did designing, developing, and deploying them. As the sole designer, developer and administrator, I found myself having to learn a non-superficial understanding of the full stack and the soft skills needed to study my colleagues who would be relying on the system. I've also become quite familiar with a lot of accounting, social service, and government KPIs, methodologies, and jargon. I've continued my work in accessibility auditing, however they're more directed at analyzing highly complex, dynamic applications with many degrees of separation between the content and what is generating it. I was primarily involved with designing and developing proof of concept work around accessible data visualization tools for geodata. This involved setting up services to store the data, advising a colleague on best practices in programming against Oracle BI, and writing a JS/HTML application that would allow blind users to perceive datasets on maps in an analogous way to visual users. Additional responsibilities included configuration and administration of Linux servers, occasional WCAG 2.0 compliance auditing/reporting/remediation, and managing the projects of practicum students where they fell in my domain.Involved: Java, PHP, MySQL, JS, XHTML, HTML5, WCAG 2.0, MongoDB, OWASP

I spent most of my time developing a Moodle LMS instance that met WCAG 2.0 AA standards. As Moodle was not so extensible, at the time, this involved forking some core modules, using undocumented APIs and writing a couple dozen plugins.I also started the Neil Squire Society on the path to an in house CRM. I did some configuration and coding for Drupal 6 & 7, and some extensive migration and normalization of old MS Access applications to set the organization up for a multi-user experience.The rest of my time was spent implementing a WCAG 2.0 AA WordPress instance, delivering on WCAG 2.0 programmer analyst duties to private and public clients and assisting the Liberated Learning Consortium with a solution that transcribed lectures and packaged them as searchable, multimedia.Involved: VBA, Java, JSP, PHP, MySQL, JS, XHTML( WCAG 2.0 )
