I enhanced and added new features for the product such as the main component the ticket auto processing, APIs that integrated with ERPs, provided mobile Xamarin and WPF development for field workers, attachment support, GIS for parcel data and sketches for mapping, customizable in product app designer, creating dashboards for in the office users, productivity analysis via work tracking, workload management tools, and routing. I utilized Azure DevOps and Azure CI/CD, adhering to Agile best practices. I adapted web applications, and mobile apps for Android, iOS, and Windows desktop applications, providing comprehensive stack support that included REST and SOAP integration. Before this role, I offered similar support as a member of the general development team.
