I support our national Sales Incentive program with a focus on incentive evolution, reporting enhancements, incident management, and stakeholder communications. I contribute to process and system change, which includes requirement definition, business case development, risk assessment, stakeholder presentation, documentation and testing.

Manage accounts receivable for retail stores that sell TELUS products (Walmart, Best Buy, Futureshop, etc). I also manage the receivables for all TELUS, Koodo, and Public Mobile prepaid virtual pin wholesalers throughout Canada.
