I find my work doesn’t feel like work a lot of the time, as I am lucky enough to be doing what I am most passionate about:Helping and educating those around me to make positive change in their lives, whether through physical recovery or seeing them exceed self-limiting beliefs.By profession, I am a U.K. registered osteopath (GOsC), who graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a distinction (MOst). Currently the Director and Osteopath at Calibrate, Singapore. Calibrate is located on Scotts Road. My interests are in manual and exercise therapy, fitness, psychology and nutrition, and I practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu, yoga, snowboarding/skiing and running.
