About Ryan Unsworth

I thoroughly enjoy a challenge. I feel that is the only way we grow, and change for the better. One of my favorite sayings/mantras is, "do something everyday that scares you." For me, that means to get out of my comfort zone. To push myself to become a better worker, a better thinker, and a human being.I am very passionate about being the best I can be and achieving this by being selective of what I surround myself with and engage in. My environment, health, and activities are very important to me and thus how I hope to help others by:-Cleaning up the environment and educating people about it so they too can become stewards-Teaching people the proper nutrition for their individual body -Reaping the benefits of nature and viewing it as a system, not something we are separate from-Sowing the value of recreation...re-creating yourself through exercise, movement, and enjoyment
