For Encircle (the network’s new file documentation platform), I oversaw the roll-out of that platform in it’s entirety. Each represents a significant step toward achieving the company’s goal to meet and exceed industry standards.- Took lead role for Serviceminder support team, overseeing my 3 Regional Operations counterparts in supporting wide scale network roll-out of the CRM.- Presented several segments of AdvantaClean’s new training Academy and assisted in the execution/planning of the Academy.- Interviewed 7 candidates to fill estimating roles for the Greater Dallas franchise.- Brokered a relationship with a new insurance carrier, Standard Casualty Insurance, to send referrals to AdvantaClean for their TX customers’ Emergency Services needs. This was AdvantaClean’s first business relationship with an Insurance carrier.

This includes improvement in the areas of customer contact, onsite arrival, time in production, estimating, and billing.
