• Oversee warehouse sanitation, building maintenance, MHE maintenance, and third-party contractors. Supervising staff while developing and improving new methods and SOPs. • Consistent awareness of budget by submitting invoices with GL account coding and accruing for MHE equipment repairs, racking repairs, third party vendors, building repairs, contracts, and exterior grounds needs. • Developed, with the maintenance team, a general LOTO for warehouse management and maintenance associates to ensure unsafe and potentially hazardous equipment is safely locked out. • Reduced costs on MHE repairs by sourcing parts that better fit the needs of our fleet by evaluating damages and excessive wear through root cause analysis. Thus creating opportunities to reduce repair time and frequency of premature failures of wear & tear items. • Implemented engineering controls to guard electrical panels, emergency exits, machines, and pedestrian walkways from being obstructed and to minimize potential damage. • Redesigned documentation for the Master Maintenance Schedule. Monitor 3rd party contractors and in-house technicians on preventative maintenance for all building equipment and 282 pieces of MHE. • Oversee CO2 over ammonia refrigeration for the facility, as well as partnering with the 3rd party vendor and their technicians.• Responsible for acquiring new machinery and MHE through capital expense planning and working within the assigned budget.
