The programming is centered around sports and educational psychology and organizational behavior research with practical advice from a National Advisory Board of top pro and college athlete and coaches who use our principles at the highest levels of competition.Our programming focuses on social and emotional learning and develops growth mindsets and strong leadership and reasoning skills.Sports are not extra-curricular. They are Co-Curricular. When done right, sports teach vital life lessons such as grit, resiliency, teamwork, leadership, etc. These are all skills that we no translate to life and career success.PCA's philosophies directly apply to all aspects of life.
