I am an MS MIS graduate from the University of Arizona with a background in Enterprise Governance and Cloud Vulnerability Management that has built a strong foundation for aligning security controls, plans, processes, and procedures with security standards and operational goals. During my time in college I spent two years researching the propagation of vulnerabilities and misconfigurations within open-source Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) repositories from Terraform on GitHub as part of my Masters thesis. I also have had the privilege to garner an extensive breadth of experience not only as an intern but following up as an engineer at Honeywell in their Cyber Security rotational program. These experiences alotted me learning opportunities in the following areas: - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) - Vulnerability Management - Advanced Independent Security Testing (AIST) - Security ArchitectureThis brings us to the present, where I am now serving as a full-time architect within Honeywell’s Global Security Architecture team.
