Continue to gain management experience and learn as much as I can about how to better myself both professionally and personally. My ultimate goal would be to become a Senior VP or CEO of a Fortune 500 Company, becoming an integral part of a company and its strategic decisions. Later in life go into politics and ideally become a Senator. In addition, I would like to be in a position to give back to my community and the charities that I hold dear to my heart. I strongly believe that you can only be as successful as the people in which you surround yourself. Fortunately, one of my greatest assets is that I am a great judge of character. I do not believe in micro-management and if you I do have to micro-manage you.... you should probably look for another job!Specialties: Sales, Recruiting, HR, and Executive level management. I have a plethora of experience in Contracts (RFP, RFQ, RFI) as well as strategic planning in growing divisions/departments. I also have had great success in taking over management positions where that location/division/department had to be completely torn apart and re-built. I have multiple examples measurable success rates and how did it.
