Operational Performance:- Implementing & managing the delivery of Unloc's contracts. - To construct the organisation’s operations plan, including managing staff project portfolios. - Troubleshoot and manage all issues as they arise to ensure continuation and fulfilment of contract. -Provide regular updates to the Leadership Team on progress, challenges and actions to mitigate and solve challenges. Financial Management:Day-to-day management of owned budget codes as budget holder which includes;- Auditing transactions in my budget monthly ahead of management reports. - Forecasting expenditure across the financial year. - Support monthly payroll and payments as an assigned business signatory.- Support setting Annual Financial Budget with the Financial Director. Human Resource Management:- Line management of a number of staff teams through weekly check-ins, progress reviews, annual reviews and supporting and resolving issues as they occur. - Setting annual workforce plan and staffing structure in partnership with the Finance Director- Support the creation of job descriptions, shortlisting and interviewing for job roles in the organisation.Member Of The Leadership Team:A member of the leadership and management (Chair) team sitting bi-weekly being involved in the wider affairs of the organisation, including helping us to shape the strategic and operational direction of the organisation.Data Protection:- To oversee the organisations compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 & GDPR as the DPO for Unloc.- Annual refresh training and all new staff onboarding training in data protection. - Ensure data protection is embedded and thought about in every organisational process and workflow.

To coordinate the Enterprise Academy programme from running, delivering and implementing strategy into the company strand. To develop the business sales and to create new leads within the strand. To co-ordinate company strands logistics in order to maintain a smooth running of the company.
