Establishing and maintaining an effective 'Employment Training Journey' for businesses that talented professionals and students from the Portmsouth area are able to access, delivered through the management of two main programmes:E5 Programme (Enterprise, Employability, Experience, Exercise & Extension): Developed from conception through to fruition in 2015 (initially the E4 programme) this life curriculum scheme allows students at Portsmouth College to improve the employability and enhance their further education experience.
