Experienced Team and Sales leader with experience in Guest Services, FNB, High Volume sales, CNC machining, and plenty of Operations management experience. Growing up in East Tennessee instilled a hard-working mindset at a very young age. I worked as a contract cleaner and assistant to my grandparents at Watson's Cleaning Service as I grew up and transitioned into the work force as soon as possible. After a year as a sales associate, I moved up into a managing capacity until the loss of our shop in the Gatlinburg fires of 2017. One of my proudest moments was electing to request the shop be closed after recording a day of losses on the books as the fires surrounded Gatlinburg. A few short hours after the planned start of the shift the fire reached our mountain and destroyed the shop. After losing my main source of income & finishing the clean-up of our destroyed shop I ventured to Miami to work on the beaches and work on learning sound and production alongside a friend at SAE in Miami. After a couple short years, I was called back to become the Operations Manager of the Sky-Center located within the Gatlinburg Sky Park. While in this role I launched my own souvenir product line, managed our team, team relationships, and sales. I filled the role of sales manager, team coordinator, HR, and customer service essentially whatever the shop needed. After moving on from this role I continued to be self-sufficient opening an online store front and shifting into Outdoor/Sporting goods sales, 3D printing, and gun customization. While operating my business and working alongside others I was offered an opportunity to assist a local manufacturer. After meeting with Rivery CNC we continued to complete Job shop machine work and acquire our official government licensing for Government contract bidding. After about a year of Job shop and prototype work our CEO designed The Zero - an addictive haptic response EDC box cutter. After our launch on Kickstarter in January, we shifted into full brand production and reaching retail stores. I am now currently serving as the operations and sales manager for Rivery Manufacturing and hope to drive us towards success.
