The RAW Baseball & softball Academy will focus on personal training , and improving the individual player day by day through various areas of development! We are focused on not only improving our athletes bodies but improving their minds for the ups and downs of success!

Created the Midwest Marlins 13 years ago with the thought of helping baseball and softball players chase their dreams! Over the last 8 years we have helped over 220 players achieve that very goal to play at the next level! In addition we have been lucky enough to have two players drafted in the MLB draft and currently have 3 Active Professional Baseball players. Our goals grow each year as a organization to help more and more players achieve these dreams. As of now we have 16 Baseball Teams ranging from (8u-18u) and currently 5 softball teams from (12u-16u)! Our Motto is to Train with a purpose , and play with a passion. Prior to starting the Midwest Marlins organization I played College baseball for University of Rio Grande where I graduated. Before transferring to Rio grande for my final season of college baseball I played and started 3 years at Notre Dame College where I played one summer in the Historic Coastal Plains League for the Martinsville Mustangs.

YMCA Sports and Rec Director from May 2011-November 2016. Helped build sports programs. I Built up and created a tball league up to over 100 players for consecutive years. Built a new basketball program and helped get approval for new items for Rec plex that help generate income and positive outlook for the community! Helped create demand for facilities usage and how to rent and market them to the right audience.
