Write and analyze corrective action reports, non-conformance reports and unplanned events logs. Interpret polices that affect the quality organization. Instruct operator and inspectors on policy, procedures and manufacturing techniques. Schedule, organize and run team meetings to ensure project goals are completed. Inspect material hardware for defects and provide guidelines for proper maintenance. Review and correct errors to program planning and ensure on time delivery to customers. Ensure process steps, design changes and quality requirements are properly documented. Ensure hardware & paperwork meet customer satisfaction. Actively engage in hardware review boards & hardware acceptance reviews to ensure a quality customer product. Support multiple programs in investigation, development, research, and special projects. Approve and input records, drawing, design and planning changes into company database. Update company policies and procedures for converting a printed system to a digital enterprise. Organize and manage complex customer reviews for hardware set for launch. Facilitate problem solving solutions, in conjunction with quality engineers, to reduce various program issues. Analyze, interpret and develop presentations on metrics for various programs. Provide backup support for various quality engineering functions. Write test plans and test reports for startup projects.
