🚀I help men and women reclaim their health so they can do the things they’ve always wanted to🚀Growing up I was morbidly obese at 270 pounds. That number would have continued to rise if not for my discovery of mixed martial arts at South Shore Sportfighting. My involvement in the sport not only gave me a new outlook on life but it also gave me a love for health and fitness.I've lost well over 100 pounds myself, and specialize in helping others lose the weight they need to in order to get to where they want. My own personal experience, and struggles with my own weight has helped me empathize and better understand my clients and help them achieve their goals.I currently train clients of all walks of life in both fitness and MMA. I'm continuing to find new ways to help as many people as possible doing what I do and has lead me to branch into public speaking and content generation.
