Job duties entailed editing clients' home videos into movie trailer-style videos. Kept in constant contact with the project's producer to ensure the video was meeting the client's expectations. When the final cut was approved, I ensured videos were exported with optimal settings in the customer's preferred format.

Other duties include delivering repairs, contacting customers about repair details, packaging and shipping outgoing repairs, ordering supplies, and ensuring the repair room is well stocked. Dual role as Technical Advisor includes overseeing new employee training, proctoring certification tests, and keeping the team up to date about new products, software, and processes.

Responsible for diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues on iOS devices, Macs, Apple Watches, and Apple TVs. Other duties included checking customers in for their Genius Bar appointments, organizing other technicians to make sure customers are getting helped as soon as possible, and migrating customers’ data from older PCs to newer Macs. Put in charge of filming and editing videos for store meetings where employees were given accolades for their hard work.
