Provide legal advice and guidance to senior executives on all legal aspects of the organization's business, including protection of Intellectual Property, copyright/trademark, data privacy, contract/MOU drafting and negotiation, employment law matters, ADA compliance, and other relevant areas. Serve on the NCCER Leadership Team.Manage and oversee all HR functions of the organization, including recruiting, hiring, employee orientation, benefits administration, mentorship program, employee wellness program, employee disciplinary actions and terminations. Monitor and maintain organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.Manage and oversee the NCCER Audit program, including all aspects of auditing and compliance activities for accredited organizations, the remote proctoring program and the Contractors' Workforce Development Assessment (CWDA).

Oversee all aspects of the organization’s Global Workforce Development initiative, including business development, accreditation of new programs, management of current programs and coordination of local resources through NCCER’s international partners. Work with educational and industry organizations around the world to implement sustainable workforce development programs using the NCCER model for training and certification. Lead efforts to gain formal recognition of NCCER certifications in non-U.S. markets.Provide legal advice and guidance to senior executives on all legal aspects of the organization's business, including protection of Intellectual Property, third party contracts, employment law matters, real property and other relevant areas as needed.
