Current• Work one-on-one with students to develop degree plans, implement prior credits, and resolve individual concerns regarding curriculum, intended graduation track, and non-traditional methods of fulfilling degree requirements. • Provide oversight for students to ensure accuracy and accessibility concerning prior learning assessment options, degree plan issues, and fulfillment of degree plan requirements. • Serve as main contact for resolution of academic planning and interdepartmental… Show more • Work one-on-one with students to develop degree plans, implement prior credits, and resolve individual concerns regarding curriculum, intended graduation track, and non-traditional methods of fulfilling degree requirements. • Provide oversight for students to ensure accuracy and accessibility concerning prior learning assessment options, degree plan issues, and fulfillment of degree plan requirements. • Serve as main contact for resolution of academic planning and interdepartmental issues in a timely manner for the prior learning assessment evaluator team. • Maintain compliance with U.S. Department of Education (USDE) regulations regarding a dynamic higher education curriculum. Proactively stay informed of USDE regulations and how they might affect CEC. • Develop and cultivate long-term student relationships while ensuring success and service as an interface within local organizations.• Provide mentoring and shadow opportunities for interdepartmental colleagues and new hires and promote myself as a primary point of contact regarding any issues or general questions.• Routinely chosen to complete additional curriculum projects in collaboration with program deans and other faculty.
