• Collaborated with the CEO and Leadership Team of a large international development NGO working in 27 countries, with 3,000 staff and $200m in revenues, and helped lead their global strategy, product development, and innovation efforts• Managed a 6-person cross-functional team using a design thinking process to ‘productize’ Pact’s core approaches and methodologies and explain their use and value both internally and externally, resulting in 12 discrete products and Pact’s first ever formal product lines• Developed Balanced Scorecard (BSC) metrics for assessing the performance and financial viability of two firm-wide “strategic initiatives”, measuring the extent that our organization was leveraging the potential of the private sector to fight poverty in the developing world• Through direct observation, interviews, and immersion, drew patterns and arrived at findings related and strategic insight related to Pact’s operating model, funding streams, focus, and organizational values which informed Pact’s 5-year strategy framework• Facilitated stakeholder engagement and dialogue with Country Directors on emerging strategy, integrating feedback and input, detecting ‘pain points’, and delivering key messages to the Executive Team

• Used Stata to analyze data from three surveys administered to 400 primary and secondary teachers, 139 principals, and 7 ministries within Latin America and the Caribbean, comparing educational outcomes, school characteristics, and teacher qualification and retention, among other factors• Analyzed the coverage of social protection programs and the transfer of remittances in Honduras, and contributed to the design of new social protection projects

• Gathered information, conducted analysis, and drafted talking points on specific issues of interest including: international investment, entrepreneurship, and knowledge transfers in Africa
