Lead and support manufacturing focused projects from inception to successful completion. Work directly with customers and outside sales, to understand their needs, so projects turn out successful. Design and test new products for Research & Development. Travel wherever needed represent the company and solve problems on high priority field issues. Serve as a technical resource and provide engineering services internally and externally. Identify, understand, and document current and future projects and processes. Document and report the impact of the process changes to the management team. Create part numbers and bill of materials. Test and develop ERP procedures, processes and implementation.

Assess customer’s values associated with each project and complete custom lighting design solutions that meet their needs. Maintain quality and integrity of the Musco product. Responsible for all technical aspects of a project, including but not limited to, lighting, structural, electrical, and controls. Create project bill of materials and production documents.
