This committee oversees major safety matters and addresses employee concerns and suggestions in two monthly meetings. All hourly members of the committee are also considered on-floor safety representatives who are able to address concerns on a limited basis, as well as report these concerns back to the committee, should more decisive or long-term action need to be taken. 3-year member of plant Ergonomics committee, whose main function is to assess and mitigate potential ergonomic concerns in all areas of production, including both existing as well as new processes.
