Developed architecture for FF91's carriage style side door system.Lead a team of engineers through the design process and organized weekly design reviews with interfacing teams to bring the closures-in-white door system to a prototype and production ready state. Worked with CAE and manufacturing teams to analyze durability and stamping feasibility of closures-in-white door components and fed back results into the design.Produced P-diagram, Boundary Diagram, and DFMEA for the closures-in-white door as necessary product release documents.Developed hinge axis and swing clearances for multiple show cars including the single gooseneck hinges on the LeSee concept car.Lead the core development of closures-in-white systems during the up-front design stages for multiple future programs.
