Projects Include:Water-Borne Disease Outbreak - Philippines Crafted a comprehensive briefing paper for a prominent technology corporation in response to a significant ongoing health incident impacting over 100 individuals at a designated site in the Philippines. Provided a holistic overview of the epidemiological landscape of water-borne illnesses, detailing testing methodologies and their limitations, infectious agent characteristics, and medical implications. Outlined regulatory requisites for potential engagement with regional health authorities and water sanitation departments.Occupational Health Program Development - Global Collaborating within a global team at a multinational technology company on a multi-year initiative to establish a comprehensive cross-functional program focused on occupational health, disease mitigation, medical response, EHS, and employee wellness. Overarching objectives include aiming to set an industry standard for identifying and mitigating psychosocial risks effectively in a workforce spread across 50+ countries and development of a system for synchronization of diverse data streams and information processing to effectively monitor project initiatives and their resultant outcomes.

Epidemiologist and Operations Lead for COVID-19 response in a global technology company. Collaborated within a global team to support COVID testing programs in 30 countries and organize vaccine clinics in 8 countries which sourced and administered over 10,000 vaccines to employees, partners, and families. Developed medical team communications program that provided guidance/information to over 25% of the global workforce each quarter. Drafted policy memos for air filtration standards, food service, physical distancing, and onsite testing, to align with film industry union, health dept, OSHA, GDPR and other regulatory guidelines.

Conducted an epidemiological study with the LA County Department of Public Health investigating the immunization policies and practices at community-based adult day health centers which serve more than 22,000 aging and disabled residents. Distilled data and performed descriptive analysis of survey results in Excel and SPSS. Geocoded and mapped quantitative data results in ArcMap. Published Dec 2022.

Managed a $3.5M vocational development program providing support to 100+ adults with disabilities. Coordinated cross-functionally to ensure all financial, strategic and tactical elements of the program met the goals of the Board of Directors and aligned with government compliance requirements. Prepared facility for audits from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities, DOL, and Department of Mental Health. Developed employment and training partnerships with TJX corp., Panera Bread, local hospitals, schools, and hotels. Awarded a $1 million state contract to establish Project GOLD, a program serving aging adults with developmental disabilities. The first community-based retirement program of its kind in the state, this developed collaborations with hospitals, schools, and hotels to support education, training, and health of our participants.

Implemented HIV/AIDS prevention programming aligned with the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), focusing on enhancing the well-being of girls aged 11-18 in rural Kenya. Worked in rural Kenya with adults and children, people living with HIV/AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis. Wrote curriculum for and conducted community educational programs reaching 450 attendees at local and country-wide men's and youth groups promoting safe sexual practices. Developed programs for rural villages to enhance nutrition and reduce disease outbreaks during extreme drought. Collaborated with Sudanese, Somali, and Ethiopian refugee populations to extend the program's impact.
