Managed a team of five responsible for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals fundraising including extensive retail & merchant campaigns, special events, radiothons & corporate partner visits. Largest retail & merchant campaigns included Walmart, Marriott, Costco, Circle K, Dairy Queen, GameStop, Panda Express & Re/Max. Also responsible for rapidly growing Extra Life video gamer fundraising & Dance Marathon. Team also managed annual employee giving campaign, physician giving campaign, direct mail program & served as liaisons for third party business events. Also served as the foundation’s planned giving officer.

Formed nearly 100 years ago, the youth development organization served over 15,000 kids at 10 locations in four counties in 2017. Nonprofit corporation was heavily supported by the auto industry including GM, Ford, Stellantis, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Volkswagen & their top suppliers. Direct report to President & Chief Executive Officer as well as active member of Senior Leadership Team. Responsible for Resource Development Department that generated $3-4 million in annual revenue. Managed a team of 11 responsible for 16 special events, 80 annual grant applications or compliance reports, gift processing, major gifts, planned giving, website & all other official organizational marketing operations.

Foundation spearheading philanthropic support at premier retirement community built on the historic farm where legendary automotive pioneer Henry Ford was born. Community had an annual budget of over $40 million, nearly 1,000 residents & nearly 500 staff. Accomplished more growth in two years than the Foundation had accomplished since its inception 10 years earlier. Direct report to the Henry Ford Village Executive Director & Henry Ford Village Foundation Board of Directors. Successfully created new revenue sources, new fund designations, conducted naming opportunity audit, launched décor renovation campaign and established a new, effective communications program. Hosted monthly, campus-wide cable TV show and was scheduled to speak regularly at key internal events & functions.
