I am a 2022 graduate of Dartmouth College, currently pursuing a Professional Master’s of Science in Biotechnology at Northeastern University’s Roux Institute, with a particular interest in the applications of biotechnology in neuroscience and human medicine. Through my education, I have gained experience with chemistry biology, and biotechnology lab skills, both with basic and more specialized skills. I have conducted biological anthropology research focused on the analysis of ancient hominid footprints and have also engaged in remote cytology and neuroscience research. My short-term future goals include completing my Masters in Biotechnology though an in depth internship at Bigelow Laboratory developing genetic tests for oyster pathogens; followed by then pursuing a M.D. education, with the long-term goal of combining biotechnology research with medicine to develop new patient-care treatments in the neurological field of medicine.
