Good day! I am a inspiring writer and lyricist with a passion for network administration and security. My first experiences on the internet was using online services like Prodigy and AOL in the mid to late 90's. At a time when I was constantly awakened at night by the non-stop dial up tones that emanated from the living room computer. This was due to the operation and maintenance of a BBS (Bulletin Board System). If the dial-up sequence didn't complete correctly or was interrupted, then the irritating sounds would have repeat to enable a connection to the user. My father had many interests. What I latched on to the most was his love for computing. I remember he was always the person his colleagues went to with their computer problems and queries. I imagine it had to be a gratifying experience for him to know that he was providing a well-needed service to his friends and co-workers. His service also extended to realms beyond the computing world into his occupation as a EMT (Emergency Medical Technician).Both of my parents had careers in the medical field. A field i didn't particular show an interest in perusing. I simply prefer data, wires and computer parts over blood, guts and puke. Although, it is their level of service they provided to their patients. I wish to emulate in the field of Information Technology to the end-user. -To protect computer systems and it's connections on a network with the same proactive intensity as a doctor or nutritionist would use to protect the human body from trauma and other aliments.-Ethical hacking > Blackhat hacking-I laugh when people say that the internet was invented by Al Gore.-Optimism over negativity...the glass is always half full, never half empty.-I am always willing to learn new things in the Information Technology field, as well as adding on to my current knowledge.
