By the time I left, my team had taken over creating the models and only needed expert assistance from a psychometrician to validate the model's efficacy.

My primary client (13 months) was in the health insurance industry. I was initially brought in to assess their approach to quality and automation and give recommendations for six weeks. I ended up staying to create an automated test suite to replace most of their manual uat testing, revamp their uat testing process, and support the TW team and client teams working on the flagship product.Supporting the teams ranged from facilitating decision making on what to build to embedding with teams to deliver important functionality for the product.Aside from that client, I also participated in a short term engagement to review and provide recommendations around software architecture and data architecture for a client in the eyecare space. We primarily gave them guidance on organizing around and implementing micro-front ends and on their plans to move towards a data lake/data mesh implementation.Internally, I helped other TWers learn better coding practices (TDD, refactoring, solid principals, using your tools effectively) and better team practices (effective retrospectives, lean concepts, coaching techniques). I was also a coach for an entry level consultant.
