• Chase management for approval on invoices, taking responsibility for all invoices being paid on time.• Liaise with new suppliers or suppliers that have changed bank details to ensure the Supplier Onboarding Form has been correctly completed, calling the supplier to carry out security checks.• Take full responsibility for entering A/P invoices and credit notes for marketing and event campaignswithin our showroom.• Regularly liaise with marketing suppliers to solve invoice queries, reconcile invoices and ensure alloutstanding invoices have been paid.• Managing the processing of purchase order requests, raising sales invoices, updating booking systems.• Accurately check and raise invoices for showroom expenses via Sage whilst liaising with accounts team in order to provide timely and reliable inventory reports and insights.• Implementing new visual merchandising guidelines in our showroom to ensure its luxurious presentationwhilst working with our product team to ensure the right showpieces are in our showroom in alignmentwith the brands visual roadmap.• Working with luxury products whilst interacting with high net worth clients and having extensiveknowledge of our competitors and their clientele to make resourceful decisions.• Managing the co-ordination of consumer events and retail activations and ensuring these are amplified through appropriate marketing channels.• Analysed market trends and customer insights to compile reports in order to measure and optimisedata on the effectiveness of all regional marketing campaigns.

• Being the sole Duty Manger on site while undertaking duties such as: maintaining high levels of customer care, often with a particular focus on avoiding loss of existing users.• Undertaking administrative tasks on a daily basis using MS Office, Excel and Sage whilst working with senior management to implement and improve on marketing strategies and business processes.• Working within the timeframes and budgets outlined by the Club Manager, write monthly or weekly reports and prepare revenue projections for centre owners and senior management.• Cash up and record accurate stock records of the centres equipment and ordering new equipment where necessary whilst keeping statistical and financial records.

• Consistently ensuring that all orders placed by customers were safely loaded onto the correct delivery vans whilst meeting deadlines ensuring our customers received their delivery on time.• Picking customers orders, ensured produce was unloaded and sorted safely and efficiently and communicated with the online team and other in store employees to ensure deadlines were met.• Overseeing online business practices and identifying opportunities to implement improvements in order to optimise efficiency in processes.
