The system uses a modified version of Electronic Art’s (EA) Interchange File Format (IFF) data layout. He has also had experience with Fortran from working with (Enhanced Surface to Air Missile Simulation) ESAMS where he contributed to integrating TMAP missile models (C++) into the ESAMS (Fortran) model. Mr. Back has also had the opportunity to assist in Web development. He has created many websites that are used for Meeting Registration which helps the attendees find local restaurants, hotels, etc. while providing the host of the meeting with a list of fully detailed information from each of the attendees as well as their dates of attendance. This is done by ASP.NET interfacing with a Visual Basic backend and connected to a SQL database.While working at the Simulation and Analysis Facility (SIMAF) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Mr. Back has worked with unmanned Air vehicle (UAV) collision avoidance simulations and algorithms in C++ within the Linux environment for the Navy’s Northrop Grumman MQ-4C BAMS (Broad Area Maritime Surveillance) unmanned air vehicle a derivative of the Air Force’s Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk. He has also provided analysis of data using custom built BASH scripts and C# applications to organize output data to human readable values and results.

Before joining Booz Allen, Mr. Back worked as a Software Design Intern at I.M. Systems Group where he developed Web based GUI’s for the Department of Homeland Security.
