Digital Support Manager
Current• Lead Digital Support Team responsible for building and installing customized servers for media distribution, and providing technical support for internal and external Customers• Responsible for building and installing up to 75 servers per month• Manage large prebuild inventory of servers, components, KVM switches, networking equipment and various installation accessories• Maintain servers and supplemental equipment in the field• Coordinate delivery, labor and logistics of international installations both land based and at sea• Extensive international travel to sometimes remote locations for installation and maintenance• Work closely with Developers of custom software to design to customer expectations and requirements• Direct technical liaison for multiple major Cruise Line Clients, as well as Collegiate and Healthcare Customers• Design broadcast and streaming solutions utilizing analog and digital technologies• Provide departmental and project updates to the CIO and Departmental Team Leads
