I am currently the Chief Financial Officer for the RAR Brewing Group (RAR Brewing, The Dive Club, and Chessie's Wharf Annapolis) out of Cambridge, Maryland. We are a multifaceted company, with one of the largest full-production breweries in the state of Maryland, a three-state full distribution network for beer, limited distribution to an additional 26 states and five countries, an on-site taproom and restaurant, and two independent full service restaurants. In a constantly evolving market, RAR Brewing is striving to stay at the forefront of hospitality and alcohol production in Maryland as we expand further into the region and beyond. I have been working in the Craft Beer industry since I turned twenty one in 2014. In my ten years in this market, I have worked in a huge variety of roles spanning every aspect of the American beer industry. From tasting room bartender and pizza chef, to retail sales and distributor relationships, to production and packaging, I have a intimate, hands-on understanding of the processes and operations that take raw materials and lead them down a long path to a customer's hand.This macro-understanding of the manufacturing and sale of beer, combined with my love of data analytics, business management, and financial statements has led me to my current role. I am passionate about the administration and optimization of brewery business, and assisting in the management of an industry that was built on passion, and making it as profitable as possible.
