this is a Freelance IT implementation project working with the ZOHO One suite of products. My contributions focus on Business analysis, project management and CRM administration.

This data heavy role leveraged Power BI skills and creative problem solving to provide analysis on the global tourism industry. During my time in this position I was engaged in the creation and maintenance of executive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, automation of warehousing and reporting, onboarding new data sources and ad-hoc reporting for both our executive and other government offices.

A high visibility financial reporting role focusing on P&L analysis and quarterly forecasting. during this role I had the opportunity to participate on an ERP migration to D365 and later served as a technical lead for a data warehousing project.
