My wireless construction career began in 2010 at the bottom of the ladder. Most of my prior career was R&D in airport technology, so the jump to wireless construction was a large transition. While there are overlaps between the two genres, the intersections are limited though not insignificant. My engineering foundation definitely has its place in both worlds, and the software skills I carry with me are a valuable edge. I have several years in the field under my belt as a technician (4 years), which naturally progressed to wireless construction management (8 years). I am continuously adjusting my own processes, incorporating and maximizing the use of Microsoft and Salesforce applications in cohesion with customer software. In parallel, my experience with cell site technology and construction has increased substantially. My knowledge base includes, but is not limited to, Small Cell, oDAS, iDAS, and Macro.
