• Managed and reported on the budget of the department I was able to reduce department costs by up to a third with a streamlined team using new procedures and policies I put in place
• Curated data using Excel to produce targeted leads for the sales team
• Planned, and led projects to cover other cities falling under my responsibility. I set the objectives based on company standard KPI’s and negotiated budgets for these projects with head office
• Client relationship management was a large part of my role, and I worked closely with the legal and client success team to ensure client satisfaction
