Galileo is on a mission to improve the quality and affordability of medical care for all — including complex and underserved populations. I led the design of Galileo's virtual care mobile apps and 0-1 web platform. Collaborated with world-class physicians and One Medical founder – Tom Lee to revolutionize patient care access and delivery across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.- Led design and growth strategies contributing to a 30% increase in patient base and a 10-15% reduction in healthcare costs for small business clients by the end of FY 2023.- Improved user engagement that helped resolve 87% of cases without in-person visits.- Delivered a 93% first-time accurate diagnosis rate in partnership with clinical staff.

We aimed to design and build the world's best real estate transaction platform by empowering agents to facilitate E2E (Contact-to-close) high-stakes real estate transactions through cloud-native platforming and applied AI. Partnering with Compass executives and startup co-founders, I led the design strategy for M&A and joint venture integrations reducing transaction processing costs by 22% at the start of FY 2023

Led research, design, and product strategy for the Alaska Airlines guest mobile apps serving 48 million annual guests flying over 1200 daily flights across 115 destinations. Designed and advised cross-Airgroup initiatives and business decisions such as, their kiosk replacement solution (iPads), future lobby experience, baggage handling, Irregular operations (IRROPS), and onboard catering service.
