I was the Lead Senior Project Producer on a multi-agency, interactive installation for an event in Doha, Qatar. I was responsible for managing all inter-agency communication, developing and driving the overall project calendar, management of all assets, budget management, and ensuring that all parties deliver to the highest level of quality. I was the primary client liaison.
