I managed optimization programs for CXL clients across verticals and industries, with market caps ranging from $10M to over $1B. This included the entire process of conversion research, experimentation and testing program management.

In addition to my primary role as Senior Conversion Optimization Strategist, I was responsible for sales and long term retention of client accounts. This started from making contact with prospects, understanding their goals and needs, and then crafting research and optimization programs that fit those goals and needs. During the engagement I ensured the success of the program, and worked with the client and project teams to shift the program into new scopes as projects were completed.

Yoga studio and wellness business located in Kelowna, British Columbia where as the technical partner I helped grow revenue by over 100% by building tech and marketing systems that focused on improving the online and in-studio customer experience.

I built and operated various websites and web businesses for myself and for clients. This included custom coded sites using MVC, PHP, HTML, CSS, as well as Wordpress, Joomla, and backend API integrations.

Working under the CEO, I was responsible for setting up and managing IT systems for a growing restaurant chain with over 900 employees, including POS systems, computer provisioning, server setup and maintenance, IT training for a team of 50+ managers and executives, and setting up network systems at 12+ locations in Western Canada.
