Responsible for overseeing the Recruitment Process Outsourcing operations and managing the relationship with the RPO customer(s) to ensure program success. This includes developing and carrying out the workforce plan and strategy as determined by the needs of the business. • Responsible for developing program timelines and goals working with the RRO customer(s) to ensure SLAs are being met. • Serves as the primary client contact with key decision makers. Performs role of client advocate with internal EG departments as needed to ensure the client’s needs are met, is responsible for ensuring client experience and satisfaction with EG is stellar, works to become the “go-to” workforce consultant for his / her key client contacts and is successful managing the relationship to ensure EG is the client’s one-stop talent partner.• Work with the business and RPO provider to establish a best in class recruitment process design to meet the needs of the organization.• Identify and evaluate resources needed to ensure program success.• Set frequent direction and work priorities to team to ensure successful completion of the workforce plan.• Train and develop staff members. • Oversee customer(s) implementation and visit client sites when needed. • Organize and lead project team meetings.• Works with current customers to deepen and expand their partnership with EG. Assists and mentors staff to recognize opportunities for EG and how to help with the selling of additional products and services that EG offers.• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, governmental agencies, community organizations, and employees. Is able to build rapport with current and future customers through workforce management expertise and ability to solve their business issues with EG product solutions and services. Enforces ethical business practices.• Maintains exemplary quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

- Tasked with managing internal staff and day-to-day oversight of the Battle Creek OnStaff Office- In charge of 7 direct reports including recruiters, onsite coordinators and administrative assistants- Provide leadership and direction to all current staff including conducting one on ones and reviews- Give opportunities for staff growth and facilitate in them reaching their goals- Implemented OnStaff new hire training program, train all new hires and provide additional training for current staff- Manage 500+ employees in the field along with all client relations- In charge of full-cycle recruiting, placing 10-15 candidates per week - Respond to all new client inquiries and perform regular sales calls for Battle Creek, Marshall and outer lying areas- Coordinate and implement all new client programs, including recruiting, onboarding and retention programs. - Handle incidents, injuries and sexual harassment claims which includes performing onsite investigations- Create long lasting relationships with all current clients, which includes onsite visits and 24 hour availability
