With over 20 years of experience in Fitness Industry, I am a dedicated and results-driven Personal Trainer and Recreation Coordinator. My expertise spans strength and conditioning, body transformation, Muay Thai and kickboxing, and functional movement. As a Recreation Coordinator I help people get in touch with their artistic side, team building activities, and games to help spur on mental and interpersonal growth. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to implement new ideas and solutions for fitness, hit targeted personal goals for clients, and run a smooth consistent health and wellness program from the ground up. Currently, I serve as Recreation Coordinator at ATCO Frontec, where I conceive, implement, and run health and wellness programs in Jansen SK. In this role, I have built the recreational calendar up from just fitness classes to now span arts & crafts, clubs for games, special coordinator-run events and challenges.
