As Director of Digital Design and Media Communications at Immaculate High School, I have transformed the organization’s marketing presence establishing a compelling brand that creates growth opportunities through graphic design, strategic marketing and web design. Since 2013, I have re-branded all print and digital marketing techniques. I have implemented a communication process, adhering to strict guidelines, which ensures smooth and clear results across all departments and constituents. In 2015 I proposed a website re-design to deliver an online experience tailored to meet the needs of our target audiences. The project spanned over 6 months and delivered a cutting edge, fully responsive website. Immaculate has seen a 24% increase in enrollment since 2012 and admissions competition is greater than ever. We have completed many funding phases and converted many successful events due to the design and marketing. In collaborating with the advancement department, I make it a priority to leverage my team’s strengths while fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion that promotes innovative thinking and drives business results.
