As part of the startup team working closely with Inixia's Founders, I have been responsible for Platform Technology development, offshore technology team & vendor setup. And deeply involved in Operations setup, business Strategy, Client Engagement & Documentation.I led the conception & development of multiple iterations of Inixia's technology platform, covering Content delivery, Training, Community Management & internal Ops. These were built using a mix of SAAS, Open Source, be-spoke development as Inixia evolved and scaled.Working with multiple teams, across countries and timezones, I was part of creating & optimising Inixia's Operations processes, service delivery mechanisms and Client engagement.

Remote Software Solutions, based in London, is a boutique Technology services company. I was responsible for all Technology Operations of the Company across India, UK and the rest of Europe. This included setting up and scaling the teams, technology & operations capabilities in India and the UK.- Was instrumental in growing the organization from a small team to a full-fledged IT Services Organisation within 18 month. It went on to become one of the leading Medium sized IT Companies in Goa., India- Conceived and lead the build out of all teams, processes, infrastructure and technology capabilities to provide the required levels of Software & Infrastructure support services to Enterprise clients in the UK and Europe- Recruited and attracted all Senior Talent in India and the UK to help build out and manage the growth of the Organisation and capabilities- Ensured the efficient functioning of the Senior Management in both the India & UK operations teams- Achieved and maintained 2 new ISO certifications for the Organisation – ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 from scratch.- Was deeply involved in a range of Sales and Business Development initiatives and instrumental in 'closing' all of the larger Client deals

Responsible for IT services across the Pai Kane Group - with companies primarily focused heavy industries manufacturing & operations across multiple states in India, Dubai, UK & US.- Setup and scaled professional IT Shared Services operations, to service all the group Companies and geographies.- Managed all ongoing projects and completed 3 Open Source based ERP implementations across group companies.- Successfully migrated all mail services to an externally managed Cloud Hosted Zimbra Collaboration server for 400 + users- Set up streamlined internal IT Helpdesk systems & Processes to speed up support and ensure accountability- Reorganised all internal Datacenter infrastructure & services to ensure more efficient and fault tolerant services- Upgraded internally available technical skillset though the use of outsourced contractors, managed by Pai Kane group IT staff.

Co-founded a IT Services Management consultancy to take on IT related Business improvements projects in Goa. Projects carried out included- For Hilton Doubletree, Goa, India – was taking over the existing Riveira Resort. I managed the IT infrastructure upgrade, along with external vendors & Hiltons staff from existing infrastructure , along with vendor performance assessments, documentation , etc for the Hilton Group.- For the Pai Kane Group – Conducted group wide study of fit of existing system to requirements & future Growth. Managed the selection & acquisition of an Open Source ERP solution to cover 3 requirements of 3 Group companies. Acted as internal Project head to kick start all 3 projects- Assorted Govt projects- Also carried out 3 short projects for Govt of Goa Ministries, in areas of technical improvement and Process management.- For Anant Infomedia– A software company focused on solutions for the Pharma industry. Undertook tasks related to turning around a sick project, corrected and set up processes to streamline work processes, improve inter-team communication, hiring practices. Reorganised key documentation practices & templates. Assisted in day to day management of multiple projects.- For Geno Pharmaceuticals – a Local Pharma company. Conducted an in dept review of existing IT systems supporting the organization, along with review of all existing Departmental processes. Scoped out future solution, Managed process to acquire new ERP solution & vendor, led vendor negotiations and initial system study with Vendor.

It is a Microsoft Gold Partner and winner of several global Microsoft Partner awards- Program management for multiple key projects and their associated teams, from Project Initiation to Closure, with an emphasis on the Envisioning & Planning phases.Projects were a mix of Microsoft Server based product (EPM, SPS, CRM, CMS) implementations & customisations, as well as bespoke .Net development projectso Teams were a mix of Onshore-only or Onshore & Offshore, depending on project type and requirements- Resource Management to achieve optimum allocation and management of resources to meet tight deadlines- Recruitment of resources for staffing projects – for Vertscape development centers in Dubai & India, as well as from our external resourcing partners in India and Pakistan.- Managing third party Solution Vendors for specialized services in document management, infrastructure, retail solutions and multimedia production, which form portions of some of our projects- Solution planning and Proposal/Contract development for Enterprise software solutions as well as for Intranet/Extranet and client/server applications in association with domain specialists, to support our distributed Sales team in the Middle East & the US.- Conducting presentations, demos, negotiations for large potential accounts, to support pre-sales activities- Account management and Consultancy services to key clients and to support pre-Sales efforts for prospective opportunities.

As part of Emirates Group IT, was responsible for - Conceptualizing and planning a “Travel Agent Extranet” for Emirates Holiday’s Travel agents to enable self-service capabilities and provide a new channel for interaction with the Agent community- Managing a team of developers to design and develop the Travel Agent Extranet which was based on and integrated with Emirates Holiday’s backend Tour management system – “Ocean” from ISO, Germany- Streamlining the Support Process & managing the support Team, during the Stabilization phase of the Ocean Tour Management System, which had been newly deployed. This included :o Regular communication, negotiation & conflict resolution with ISO GMBh Germany (the software vendor)o Rapid issue resolution and managing Business user expectationso Regular reporting to (Emirates owned) Mercator and Emirates Holiday Management on progress.o Coordination with Mercator infrastructure teams for application & Network performance optimization for distributed offices.

Gulfnet/KEMS was Kuwait's largest ISP. This new role was created to expand its services and reported to the CEO/Managing Director.
