Manage a team of 4 (3 Powerplant Engineers and 1 Powerplant Planner) in charge of 160+ CFM56-5B engines and 80+ 131-9A/APS3200/GTCP36􀆸300 APUs.- Reaped $1M in savings in engine shop repairs and line modifications through existing and negotiated commitment letters, diligent contract enforcement and streamlined warranty process.- Managed the technical portion of engine shop RFP for at least 32 CFM56-5B engines scheduled performance restoration, overhaul and unscheduled removal workscope for 3 year period.- Set up the CFM56 engine program for Allegiant with proper division of labor among various departments in the company.- Created a multi-departmental program to gage and manage the health of the JT8D engines for summer 2018 to reduce mechanical disruptions.- Created targeted line engineering workscope and programs for engine and APUs to recognize and mitigate Smoke in Cabin issues.
