As a senior HR analyst in the onboarding team (supporting UK) at Deloitte USI, i deal with the end to end onboarding journey for the candidates across all service lines from drafting and issuing contracts and offer letter up until their first day with the organisation. This includes ensuring that their employment background checks are completed on time and inline with the requirements of the organisation and uk standards, booking accommodation and shipping service to ensure a great onboarding experience etc.Apart from the standard onboarding requirements, i am also tasked with several additional responsibilities like invoice management, part take in internal audits that happen in the firm, preparation of SOPs (Standard operating Procedures) and knowledge articles, reporting to higher level stake holders, auditing the work carried out by my peers to ensure efficiency within the team.
