Throughout my career I have used my bioorganic chemistry background and leadership skills to mentor and grow research associates, scientists, and team leads in the biopharmaceutical industry. I have extensive knowledge of biologics process development from single cell cloning through late stage process characterization and validation. I manage several groups responsible for analytical method development, analytical method qualification, and process development analytical support in a fast-paced contract development and manufacturing organization. I have implemented state of the art technology into our daily work flows to enable automated and high-throughput process development support testing, resulting in faster process decisions and reduced time to clinic for my clients.
