To achieve this level of performance my role was much broader than simply connecting with customers and making a sale, whilst in this role I demonstrated the following:- Identifying sales opportunities through existing customer database as well as external new business opportunities with private and local business customers.- Completing Automotive sales processes aligned to legislation, agreed processes and company policies.- Managing existing customers through various CRM tools such as calendar management for birthdays and service reminders for guests.- Sales tracking including delivery progress and communication with customers around accessory fitment, co-ordination of vehicles and handover expectations.- Stakeholder management at a customer and executive level for internal and external business.- Develop Processes to extract and transform data from core system to enable our vehicle deliveries to be managed across the sales network more efficiently.- I Standardised and implemented our digital file structures for items such as customer delivery photos, updated vehicle brochures and current registration documents including SSM paperwork.- I developed and implemented templates & processes for Customer Information forms & delivery certificates, increasing our dealership CSI for national reporting.- Process simplification and continuous improvement.- Actively participated in retrospective reviews to identify opportunities for improvement within the business and celebrate successes by the sales team.
