This desire to foster improvement and growth initially led me into the field of education & training, where I spent a decade helping individuals and eventually whole organizations learn to think and work smarter. Then I was introduced to the field of organizational development and change, a discipline that expanded on my passion and provided a better grasp of both the business and people side of organizations.
