LandX is a real estate investing and technology company that I co-founded in 2019. Our business focuses on real estate acquisition and investment, primarily in vacant land.

PRYCD.com facilitates lead generation, real estate analytics and property pricing for real estate investors. PRYCD uses a Python/Flask API architecture hosted on AWS, heavily leveraging the lambda and S3 services. PRYCD has a frontend hosted by Wix, and uses a combination of Wix's UI builder and a lot of Javascript to make it go!In the 4 years since we conceived the idea for PRYCD, we grew from a manually run script on my computer to an international website with over 10K (and counting) users!

Black Box is a company I founded in 2018. Under Black Box, I have developed several production level applications for personal enjoyment or for external partners. One application I am proud of is our Nucleus project, which was a desktop application to facilitate automated cryptocurrency trading using user defined algorithms. The application was built in Python/Flask + Javascript, and was able to be installed on both Windows and MacOS. Nucleus allowed the users to integrate with their Crypto Wallet, select from a list of several technical indicators, configuring and combining them in any fashion, and then run the algorithms. We provides an interface to monitor growth, trades, and indicator signals.

Hyve is a modern chat application designed to improve communication and collaboration during critical Command and Control operations and exercises. Hyve is deployed through Kessel Run's ADCP K8s cloud, and is included in the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) portfolio.

Gateway is a private web application hosted at the Lemay Wargaming Center to facilitate gameplay during exercises. Gateway uses .NET Core (C#) and basic HTML/CSS as it's application architecture, and is developed, tested and deployed entirely in-house at the wargaming center.

As a contractor for Food Maven, I developed several products for their technology department. I created several web crawlers to collect and store industry partner product information (food comps). I developed a web application to view, organize and create a price for a product, using the collected comps. I also ventured into creating an Amazon Alexa Skill, although that never made it to production.

I had the opportunity to work under Pivotal Labs in conjunction with the Air Force to develop software solutions under the Kobayashi Maru portfolio. During my time there, I worked on the Starfox team, which was a classified application for a space unit at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Starfox is a React/TS + Spring/Kotlin application, previous hosted on PCF but now migrated to K8s. While at Pivotal, we were also trained on Agile DevOps and good software design. We practiced concepts like TDD, SOLID design, clean code, and more!Note: I did not work for Pivotal. I partnered with their labs engineers and worked out of their office.
