The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Manager is a global role responsible for creating relevant and engaging experiences on Regal’s owned digital properties (websites, apps, etc.) that encourage and allow customers to complete goals quickly (convert). This manager has responsibility for guiding the creation and publishing of content that allows Regal.

As part of the marketing team, this strategic and tactical position was created as part of a organizational digital initiative. I was commissioned with the architecture, strategy, execution, and measurement of digital deliverables including branded websites, social media accounts, marketing automation, and digital signage. I work alongside the marketing.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

As the organization’s marketing department was experiencing substantial growth, my position took a couple different forms early on. Originally, my task was to manage the strategy for paid search marketing for a few product lines. This includes maintaining monthly budgets and bid strategies for Google and Bing, manage landing pages and other campaign.

Tennessee

• Tactical planning and execution of all marketing channels for the Tennessee vacation rental business including marketing plans, campaign creation and monitoring, data analysis, advertising & graphic design, and.
• Managing 7 transactional websites and 10 supporting content websites as part of a large-scale marketing initiative that generated over $2 million in revenue in its first year.
• Administers 17 social media accounts including a main Facebook page that I created upon my arrival to the company. Since, the page has grown to nearly 500k LIKES, $120K in direct annual revenue, and posts reaching over.

• Just prior to my arrival, the local business had undergone detrimental changes and lacked any substantial marketing plan. Much of my time was spent correcting product merchandising, managing the photography of 300.
• After a few months of creating a more solid marketing foundation, I was given additional team members which enabled me to expand our marketing efforts.

Music Road Resort

Developed and coordinated all print, internet, and social media marketing initiatives. This included projects such as advertisements, coupons, website design, and other advertising graphics for the property. Orchestrated special projects such as digital signage for a hotel lobby, internal forms and documentation, and advertising for the owner's other.
